Refunds & Returns
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are available for downloads. Please ensure your device is compatible with the filetype and/or your printer can work with the page size of the file prior to purchase. However, if you notice a typo or alignment error, please reach out. I will correct the issue and send you the updated files at no cost.
Services
Full refunds are available for services canceled more than one week prior to the date of service. If notice of one week or less has been given, you'll have the option to either reschedule or receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be available for no-show appointments.
